Joe Biden on Wednesday signed an executive order to reform policing just one day after a teenager fatally shot 21 people at a Texas elementary school.
Biden politicized the tragic mass shooting and used it as an excuse to attack the Second Amendment.
"The Second Amendment is not absolute. When it was passed, you couldn’t own a cannon…there’s always been limitations,” said Biden.

The shooting in Texas showed us, once again, that the police cannot guarantee our safety. We must be allowed to protect ourselves. We are guaranteed the right to do so.

Now we find out that the 2Nd is not forever.
So really the entire Constitution does not really mean what it says.
So there are no standards, no rules of conduct, no legal restraints in the government of the United States?

Funny stance on a Bill of Rights amendment to the Constitution that he is (1) sworn to protect and (2) a specific provision as President he is sworn to enforce.
Seems like he ignores his oath of office. Perhaps he has diminished mental capacity.
