Joe Biden on Wednesday signed an executive order to reform policing just one day after a teenager fatally shot 21 people at a Texas elementary school.
Biden also delivered remarks on the deadly Texas shooting.
Then Biden began talking about how dangerous life is for black Americans.
“So many black Americans wake up knowing they could lose their life in the course of just living their life — jogging, shopping, sleeping at home,” said Biden.
Another divisive and grotesque speech by the ‘great unifer.’
