The interesting thing is that this same cell phone tracking can be used to determine whom is outside the supreme court justices homes, for later prosecution during a republican congress and administration. It collects everyone's unique chip number in their phone and it's location. If you live on the street, you won't get esnared, but if your cell phone shows you waliing up and down the street, or stationary in front of the justices’ homes, you could become an instant felon. I look forward to a day when justice will be restored to this country.

Ex post facto laws are unconstitutional, so if it is not illegal for them to protest at the time they are protesting, then it can’t be illegal 2 years later, no matter what laws Congress passes in the future.
