I think she doesn’t understand orgasm in men. It’s not completely as ‘mechanical’ as she seems to think.
(And a woman can sometimes become pregnant even if a man ‘interrupts’.)

My impression as well. Obviously this writer doesn’t fully understand the entire process, or is ignoring important aspects of it. Instead she’s simplified it to suit the point she wants to make, or the blame she wants to fix.
