On Sunday Rep. Jim Jordan told Maria Bartiromo he will support Kevin McCarthy as Speaker if Republicans takeover the House in 2023.

Why? All the RINOs need to be removed from power. Anyone who didn’t oppose the 2020 Big Steal needs to be primaried and replaced.
Anyone who thinks that elections are going to save us is not facing reality.

We have not been replacing Bush Leaguers in sufficient numbers to get a MAGA Speaker.
If we keep re-electing Assistant Democrats, we will be stuck with Bush League leadership.
We have not done our part and primaried out the RINOs.
The 145 that voted for Liz Cheney are still there and will most likely be re-elected and they will vote for McCarthy.
Jordan is just facing reality.

Totally agree. The GOP isn’t going to do s—t if they take over Congress. Because the media will immediately pull out the “why can’t the nation heal” narrative.
Because the reality is the 145 GOP House that voted for Liz Cheney in Feb of 2021 are not being primaried out.
Re-electing the same Assistant Democrats will result in the same leadership, every time.
Texas renominated ALL of their Bush League Republicans, including Eyepatch McCain.
The California congressman McCarthy called for a censure resolution against Trump for his role in the “attack” on Jan 6 2021. The leading question from the Fox news witch expected Jordan to support McCarthy.

It’s our fault. Where was the primary challenger? A truck driver would have done well, even make the biggest statement. Who will CHALLENGE the turtle in the senate? That one won’t be our fault unless we fail to win the majority.
I’m old enough to remember when McCarthy had an affair with Renee Elmers and threatened members to lie about it, which of course they did. They guy is a real mafia don in the caucus, meting out rewards and punishments with an iron fist. He would be a disaster as Speaker. But he never will be, because the Democrats, media and Big Tech have a plan to steal the election yet again.
I agree. The best way to predict what the GOP will do is to go back and look at what they have always done in the past.
Give them power and they hit the circular firing squad button and end up giving the RATs whatever they want.

Jordan likely has a deal in place for more committee chairmanship for REAL conservatives, since most of the Boehner Boys are now gone.
