I'm releasing this exchange because it's the backstory to understand why Tucker recently had on Catherine Engelbrecht of True the Vote. She was instructed not to mention "2000 Mules" even though the movie was out and the whole discussion centered around the material in the movie...
The story goes back to early February when I produced a teaser trailer for the upcoming film. Tucker invited Catherine to come on the show and she recommended they run the teaser trailer to go with her interview. Everything seemed all set until...
One of Tucker's producers--a guy named Alex--told me they couldn't run the 90 second trailer. They wanted to use just 45 seconds. Turned out they wanted to cut out my name, Salem Media, and any reference to the movie....
So basically they wanted to steal our content and pretend like they had produced it. I politely said no. I had earlier clarified with Alex that they should either use the full teaser trailer or not. Yet my refusal to let them go ahead provoked the following exchange...

What an absolute dick this guy Wells is. I would have posted the comments on Twitter too; people need to see this. How many other noted conservatives has Wells tried to pinch content from or dictated what they can say?
Dan Bongino is the only national talk radio host that I am aware of that has talked extensively about 2000Mules. I am not aware of any other national talk radio hosts talking or even mentioning 2000Mules!
Glenn Beck and Dennis Prager are two others.
So you think Dinesh should come out of pocket to produce content for FOX.

The attitude of Tucker’s producer is very unprofessional. He communicates like a mob boss rather a business man.
Watch Tucker on YouTube. He makes more sense than most.
How can you run 45 seconds of a trailer for a movie without mentioning it, you would have to at least caption it - it isn’t public property?
I think part of this is creative.... Dinesh put a lot of work into that trailer and he didn’t want Tucker’s producers mangling it...

I saw 2000Mules and saw that before seeing the movie Dennis Prager was confident Biden’s election was legit. After seeing the movie Prager no longer had confidence the election was fair.

That would be a lot of revenue for the most-watched cable show, if they charged him the going rate. “Free” is a bit of a bargain compared to the normal cost.

Tucker’s producer is really full of himself. Likes to swear and thinks it makes him look tough when it makes him look like a moron. NeverTrump News never disappoints.
So I think your remark is ridiculous and ignores the realities of the situation. So much bias & antagonism & so little time.
Seems pretty obvious to me that Dinesh should have stipulated terms as to how the film would be referenced and credited for whatever cut they used. Not IMO unreasonable for Tucker’s show to want to edit down what they used from it. If that exchange and a rebuff of it had taken place, I guess that Dinesh would have cited it in both the text exchange he made public and, in the same vein, on its own.
So perhaps Dinesh screwed up the one and most important Fox show that would have covered his show and he is trying to point the blame to Tucker’s rather blunt producer.
Englebrecht was not even allowed to say the name of the movie as a condition for her appearance on the show. She called Dinesh and he said go on the show anyway to discuss the election fraud.
Don’t blame Dinesh at all for refusing the use of the film without attribution.
Does Tucker have any record of doing anything like that? I doubt it. And if Dinesh had evidence that that was the plan, I imagine he would have shared that as well.
Ha Ha I find it amazing that you you think theft of property is biased. What do you do over there at FOX?
I really can’t blame Dinesh for not trusting FOX. FOX has a history of determining what truth is allowed. Everyone knows when a FOX personality decides to go rogue or rebellious. They disappear for a period of reeducation or are gone for good.
There are quite a few now that are gone from FOX that are off on their own and many are more conservative than allowed by FOX.
Would Tucker have mentioned the name? Probably not because it seems forbidden on FOX anywhere else. I like Tucker but, I understand Dinesh’s side.

The fraud was as blatant as it was possible for election fraud to be.
This report really diminished my judgement of MotherTucker’s news show.......
