I'm releasing this exchange because it's the backstory to understand why Tucker recently had on Catherine Engelbrecht of True the Vote. She was instructed not to mention "2000 Mules" even though the movie was out and the whole discussion centered around the material in the movie...
The story goes back to early February when I produced a teaser trailer for the upcoming film. Tucker invited Catherine to come on the show and she recommended they run the teaser trailer to go with her interview. Everything seemed all set until...
One of Tucker's producers--a guy named Alex--told me they couldn't run the 90 second trailer. They wanted to use just 45 seconds. Turned out they wanted to cut out my name, Salem Media, and any reference to the movie....
So basically they wanted to steal our content and pretend like they had produced it. I politely said no. I had earlier clarified with Alex that they should either use the full teaser trailer or not. Yet my refusal to let them go ahead provoked the following exchange...

OMG I’m such a Tucker fan he’s dreamy /sarc
Even though I saw the movie for free, I went ahead and ordered the DVD to support his work.
My point was taking private conversations and making them public - regardless of what was said, or even if it proves D’s point. Fox had their reasons, good or bad. But if I’m a new station, and he wants to have a chat with my talent, he’ll be talking to my lawyers to prevent something privately said going out publicly later - if they even talk to him at all. As far as Fox is concerned, someday, there will be a new movie, and a new set of bodies, but doxxing a conversation that was meant to be private will be remembered.
Congrats on this. I find the metaphor of the lens to be most useful. I try to use varying lenses to look at a same topic / issue, to glean yet more clarity. I too use a biblical lens, but at time change "spectacles" to look through the lenses of psychology, of storytelling, or real and hard science. Often "what is missing" in news also informs on the bias of a thread of thought. Genesis' firs tales and the Noachide laws alone, much less the rest of the mighty swath of biblical lessons, are like scalpels to cut through the nonsense.
Indeed the Left uses and very much abuses words -- and statistics and more -- to try to dull those scalpels of thought which can cut through their lies. Ecclesiastes reminds "For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil."
There is indeed content many want to quash. The "orange man bad" game and the fraud which was perpetrated to "take out" a disruptor of the deep, administrative state was and remains massive. Proof of the pudding is the mess which the Biden administration is causing is a "price" that deep state is willing to pay -- by having us pay. The content which they want to quash is the entire edifice of corruption which is almost all of the Democrat Party and much of the Republican Party as well. Yet, I am optimistic. Lies cannot be propped up indefinitely. And "content" will be seen in time.
I never do take off the lens of the Word.
Hard science, soft science etc all are refined and the body of knowledge elucidated by the basics of the Truth.
An example, Uniformitarianism, the concept that processes of things have generally been constant and therefore time for processes such as the life and death of the Hawaiian island chain are eons. Well, since the concept is unprovable, because we have no direct observation and therefore cannot know but can interpolate, when viewed through the lens of the bible, which depicts cataclysmic processes that when interpolated in relation to those island chains, indeed can be shown to have formed and eroded and reformed if the rate and total time is adjusted for such violent action. Land masses moving at meters per hour not meters per millennia. Mountains rise and fall and continents drift at a man’s walking pace in a few century’s instead of 3 billion years.
It just depends on what frame of reference and assumptions we view the observable facts with....
I understand your perspective. I only note that when used with some precision, other lenses validate the One as well as the one. Best wishes.
I agree.
You’d think FReepers would defend a content creator’s right to control their own work. This has been the intent behind patents, copyrights and trademarks for centuries. All three are under attack. Tyranny run amok. They insist on total control over everyone and everything.
Yeah, there’s quite a mix here on FR - the good, the bad and the ugly.
I’ll take the good and let the rest go. :)
I just saw him in a video in which he said it's now $20 million.
