Oz won’t win in November. Of that I am sure.
I'm not a fan of his, but I think this is not true. If anything, Oz is more likely to attract Democratic voters in November than any other GOP candidate running for a statewide race in PA this year. This is critical because registered Democrats outnumber Republicans by about half a million voters in PA.
