I feel that a clerk would not leak anything - without the support of whomever they work for. A clerk has spent their entire academic life getting to that job. Its highly prestigious and a stepping stone to fortune and fame in their legal career. There is just too much at risk. I feel a SCOTUS judge had to be involved.

I have to disagree. There is ample evidence Roberts was a died in the wool conservative at one point - his votes on gun rights and against affirmative action were great. But then for some reason he switched his vote at the last minute on Obamacare and he’s been fairly liberal ever since.... good chance IMO that he’s on tape at epstein’s island.
