It’s now 1:28 PM EST here and currently 7:28 PM in Paris. I believe the article was posted an hour or two ago. So results probably are available for the overseas areas.
It appears that in Martinique, Guyana and Guadeloupe, where the far-left did very well in the first round, the majority of those voters have either abstained or voted for Marine LePen.
However, according to (in France not yet published exit polls) Macron will win 55 to 45 (again from Belgium newspapers).
