RINOs in Tennessee passed a law that would prevent candidates who haven't voted in the last three general elections from running, a bill that was primarily targeted at America First candidates.

“The Tennessee GOP has voted to remove three candidates who were vying for a seat representing the state's 5th Congressional District.“

This is confusing. Did the State GOP make a rule or did the State Legislators pass a law? If it is a law, seems to me it wouldn't pass Constitutional muster but if it's a State GOP rule, they should run as Independents.

It is a State GOP rule. Maybe these carpetbaggers will move to your State
and run for office after 1 month residence. Won’t happen in TN.
There is nothing RINO about this rule.
It is a good rule.
