How much conditioning of your core (back and abdominal muscles) do you do?
It’s just a theory, but I wonder if it wouldn’t be beneficial if you tighten and strengthen up all your posture and mid stabilizer support
every physical therapist I have been to emphasizes those muscles to deal with all kinds of body ache issues in various parts of the body.
It makes sense
And for knees look at your feet. I walk on the outside of my feet and it affects the stabilization of my knee. It’s better when I use foot inserts to counter it.
