Have you ever been there?
This “grooming” behavior didn’t start until the Disney family lost control of the company.
Roy’s son led the ouster of Ron Miller, and installed Eisner and Katzenberg, ending the Disney Era.
You know how when you say a word too many times Semantic satiation is a phenomenon whereby the uninterrupted repetition of a word eventually leads to a sense that the word has lost its meaning. This effect is also known as semantic saturation or verbal satiation. The concept of semantic satiation was described by E. Severance and M.F.Oct 14, 2018.
I feel like we’re at that point with “grooming”, not everyone wants to sexualize or have sex with children.
Spot on. I support the Florida bill to ban teaching about sexuality to K-3 students, but it seems like anyone who doesn't agree, even if it's about certain small details of the bill rather than the content, is now being labeled a "groomer". Addiction to gambling is destructive, but gambling in the sense of risk is inherent in human life, which makes the calculation of odds and hedging of risk essential life skills.
Being old and busy is a very good state :-)
It runs in the family. My mother is 90, still drives — even at night — and has the activity level of a teenager.
