Tucker Carlson: Invoke 25th Amendment to remove Biden from power
Washington Examiner ^ | March 29th, 2022 | Daniel Chaitin

Fox News host Tucker Carlson flipped President Joe Biden's off-script comment over the weekend that Russian President Vladimir Putin cannot remain in power to argue in favor of removing the commander in chief from office.

The top-rated cable news personality advocated invoking the 25th Amendment after Biden appeared to break with his own White House on messaging regarding Russia's war in Ukraine. What really spooked Carlson was the uncertainty hanging over whether Biden actually wants regime change in Moscow after the president told reporters "nobody believes" he was "talking about taking down Putin" moments after insisting he wasn't walking back his statement that Putin should not remain in power.

"The joke is over. Too much is at stake. If there ever was a time — if there was in U.S. history ever a time to invoke the 25th Amendment, it is now. As Joe Biden himself put it, 'For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power.' For all of our sakes," Carlson said on his show Monday

On first thought I think it would be a complete travesty if Kamala ended up being president.

But her presidency would be such an embarrassment to the Dems that it might actually work out for the best in the long run.

His last gaffe occurred when he had a handful of cue cards.

Well, he's only been in politics for 40+ years, you expect him to know something about it?

I have to disagree. Harris is indeed an awful choice but we would be better off than we are now. She is compos mentis and she just might occasionally make a good decision for no other reason than her own self interest and political career — and she won’t soil herself in public!

Tucker is probably the most consistent political commentator we have one our side.

And replace him with who or what???

When you are up to your ass in dog poop, is there any advantage to switching to cat, pig, or chicken poop?

I love all the libs wanting to impeach Justice Thomas for his wife’s actions. Ignoring Biden’s son’s actions.

>>The whole Biden family belongs behind bars<<
Along with all those who conspired to cover up their corruption, particularly when it comes to Hunter’s laptop and all the info contained in it.

That's never going to happen unfortunately. Anymore than seeing Hillary and others charged and in prison to date. Demorats never pay the price for their corruption and have no concern that they will. ....All they want is continued Party power indefinitely and are working to seal that just as they did the last election....and of course the $$$$$ they can squeeze out of citizens pockets.

Biden is definitely deteriorating right before our eyes.

Their must be a point at which the drugs no longer work for him.

Such strong medications have terrific side-effects. Especially on the heart.

We can only hope that Biden will have a drug-induced demise very soon.

I wonder if Biden is on the new ALZ drug, Aducanumab? It is a monoclonal antibody shot, given monthly, patients must be carefully monitored with frequent MRI’s etc.

This could account for his nearly weekly trips to Delaware, to be juiced up and monitored.

The side effects are miniscule brain bleeds, diarrhea, dizziness, confusion, and falls. Joe has exhibited all of the above.

It comes down to ‘do I want death by nuke’ or ‘death by idiot who thinks half the country’s ‘the enemy’?

“ If Biden opposes removal by his VP and a majority of his Cabinet, then both houses of congress must vote by 2/3rds majority to remove. That’s a higher bar than removal by impeachment as only a simple majority on the House need vote ‘yes’ for it to go to the Senate.

Biden will oppose any move Harris makes. And I’m trying to imagine how Harris would have much pull with Biden’s cabinet.”
—————
Under the 25th, you need the Vice President and a majority of the cabinet to certify that the president is sufficiently disabled or just plain incapable of carrying out his function as president. “Disabled” or “unable to function” are terms that are not clearly defined at all, on purpose. Alternatively, Congress can set up some other means of determining whether a particular president is or is not disabled according to standards that Congress set up.

While I have few doubts that Harris would want to be presidents, it is almost axiomatic that cabinet officials, who serve at the whim of the president, would by nature be against removing the existing president. The reason is very simple, Harris would take a meat axe to the cabinet and put in her own people. Then, of course, the president can say, “I’m just fine,” and force the issue ultimately to go to Congress, where 2/3 of both houses are necessary to remove him. The law purposely makes it difficult to remove a President, for the simple reason that an unpopular one would get tossed out for no good reason.

Folks, let’s give up on the issue of removing Biden, and/or having the election overturned. The reality is that we are stuck with this bozo for the next 2 1/2+ years. We are simply going to have to learn to live with his incredibly bad decisions. Not that Harris would be any better and, in fact l, she might be worse, but we’re stuck with him as long as he’s breathing. Most that we can do is shut down his judicial nominations and stop the worst of Dem legislation from ever seeing the light of day once we capture the house and/or the senate.

I fear Biden will not be around long. Then things will get worse. He will die of “natural causes,” OR be assassinated by 1) a Trump Zealot (set up patsy) or 2) A Putin assassin (another patsy). Lots of fake tears! Mourning, political speeches of how Great He was...etc... Then the New Harris Administration with Sec. of State Obama. to continue the work of Biden. (New VP selected? You guessed it—Hillary Clinton).
All will blame Trump for Biden’s decline and Fox News. I don’t think Tucker will be on much longer—He will have an “accident” or be charged with a “sex crime” or a scandal “He once raped a girl in High School or some such thing.”
These are the times to try ones soul.

There is only one rung lower in incompetence and that’s already occupied by the current VP. Just like Como left and now the wicked witch runs NY.

Why? Biden has been responsible for more voters switching party allegiance away for the Democratic Party than any politician in living memory. Nor would Kamala Harris or Nancy Pelosi be any sort of improvement.

“If your enemy is severely hurting his own cause, LET HIM!”

I foresee Biden ‘retiring’ to Wilmington after he & his party get shellacked in the midterms. If the senate remains close, he may be able continue ruling by decree.
