Change in sports doesn't happen overnight, nor is it linear. Major professional sports leagues like MLB and the NFL resisted racially integrating their player rosters. It was not until 1962 that the last NFL team, the Washington Commanders, would racially integrate. Moreover, athletes of color played in the NFL in the early years of the league, only to be excluded as the league developed.
I assume she is suggesting that women should be allowed to play in the NFL. I don't no of any rule, other than the laws of nature, that preclude women from competing. I'm not sure there are any women that could last one involved play without serious injury.

The NCAA is totally wrong with the Lia Thomas affair. He spent his time developing musculature under male hormones to adulthood. Testosterone suppression does not change that. He has the muscles of a man. They cannort change that. He is a man who did not do so well competing against men so he decided to cheat and compete against women. The NCAA decided to go with all the liberals in allowing him to compete against real females. That simply is not fair.
It’s not women’s sports anymore, if you let men compete in it.
Why?! Why should anyone celebrate it? Maybe they should ask the ACTUAL women whose records he is destroying, and whose titles he is stealing, how they feel about it. These people are demented.

Actually the MLB (pro ball) had “athletes of color” (colored people) in the early days, which was VERY early compared to NFL. But they sure make a thing out of Jackie Robinson and 1947.

Essentially all of academia now promotes transgenderism, and mandates the use of “preferred” pronouns.

Men claim they are women and compete on womens’ teams.

The British sports council actually studied trans males vs biological females. The evidence is incontrovertible. The British Sports Council says basically you can be inclusive or you can be fair, but not both.
