I am saying every 1st world country has Bio Labs.
Those Labs research some pretty nasty stuff.
The fact that Ukraine has Bio Labs is great for a conspiracy but in reality is a big nothing burger.
The fact that a foreign Bio Lab might be researching deadly pathogens that the U.S. does not study is also normal.
The U.S. banned many pathogens in the Homeland.
Ebola, SARS are just two.
So we contract out.
Just like Waterboarding.
The CIA did it, but it’s banned here in the U.S.
