I commented on another thread a day or so ago.
A buddy is somewhat high on the food chain for one of the big banks. He was told....Hire Black Females.
He knows that once he does, qualified or not, they’re there for good. If they don’t work, he can do nothing. If they screw us, he can do nothing. If they are late every day and leave early every day, he can do nothing.
We’ve got a power triangle of privilege, run by the elites, the communist Democrat party and the globalist members of the Republican party. They then set up the pecking order, and the old axiom is you know who rules you by whom you aren’t allowed to criticize.
Then watch who they aren’t allowed to criticize to gain even more information about this oligarchical mess.
That's happening at every Financial Services firm right now, including the large multi-national bank I work for.
It's disgusting.
We can't even get a resume past H.R. for a single qualified candidate, whether male or female at this point. All we see are black female candidates. So guess what? My area doesn't hire. Work doesn't get done. When we're asked why we're so backlogged we simply respond that H.R. doesn't forward us QUALIFIED candidates, period.
That's all we say.
