NEW YORK – New York Attorney General Letitia James today took legal action to compel Donald J. Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., and Ivanka Trump to appear for sworn testimony as part of the office’s ongoing civil investigation into the Trump Organization’s financial dealings. The motion to compel filed today seeks a court order enforcing testimonial subpoenas issued to Donald J. Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., and Ivanka Trump, as well as the production of documents held by Donald J. Trump. As the papers filed today make clear, each of the individuals was directly involved in one or more transactions under review. Earlier this month, the Trumps filed a motion to quash these interviews, and the papers filed today by the Attorney General oppose that motion.

Banks dont rely on the valuations of the property owner.

They do their own independent appraisals before they loan money which is called “due diligence”.

So, Trump can put any value that he wants on his properties but banks will only loan him against “their valuations” and not his.

My understanding is she’s looking at property valuations, trying to say he over-valued them to get loans essentially.


If this is the case and loans were granted without checking the information given on the applicatation:

THEN, THAT IS THE BANK’S ERROR.

Tha Applicant can say in all honesty, the value given is the best number that could be given at the time. There are many factors that decide who is at fault, you rotten, sniveling horse’s butt.

Why would such an ugly person, in every way ugly, keep calling attention to herself.

This is a civil case so The state of NY will need show a loss from the valuations. It seems convoluted.

It’s bait.. especially since this is a civil matter. What she really wants is to get those family members into a room, try to get one of them to commit something like perjury and then use that as leverage against them. I think it’s pretty transparent.
