The “homeless” are a cash cow for the politicians.
The voters want a solution so they don’t question the millions that are given to various groups to “solve” the problem that never gets solved.
I wonder just how much of the millions find it’s way back to the politicians either legally (campaign donation) or illegally (bribes, kick backs).
The best solution would be state run mental hospitals for those that can not take care of themselves and jail for those that are just petty criminals.
The worse solution would be the citizen saying enough is enough and become vigilante.
I would add a certain and swift execution for the crimes of rape and murder. We have cheapened life by making murder a mere felony.
