The Supreme Court ruling had nothing to do with companies, mandates, or vaccines.

It was a delegation of legislative authority ruling.

All they said was that, in the law establishing OSHA, Congress did not grant OSHA the authority to issue a vaccine mandate.

They did not find that mandates were unconstitutional. They did not find that persons or businesses or agencies with the authority to issue mandates had to stop doing so.

They simply said that the Administration’s claim that OSHA had the authority to do this was not correct.

On what planet are you living at?
Dementia Joe planet( where he had the best year ever of any President) or the fake Omicron “pandemic” planet?
Just try forcing workers in private companies to take these dangerous “vaccines” and see what happens to you in court.
Chuckle.

So since the Administration tried to use OSHA to implement their mandate and was denied, what method will they next use as their “workaround” you think?

So government, businesses, & individuals will still be allowed to be autocratic control freaks.
Just OSHA can’t do it without updated legislation.

I actually don’t have a problem with the ruling. This allows the lunacy to continue, without a bailout by judges.

“They simply said that the Administration’s claim that OSHA had the authority to do this was not correct.”

Agreed

Xio Bei Din wants to use EO’s, and “suggestions” to agencies to bypass Congress. As lots of Prez’s do.
If Congress wants to do something, they should vote on it, but they avoid the votes, to avoid the responsibility, and the anger from the voters.

It’s a shiite sandwich were the Voter gets pushed aside for the State power-grabbers.

Congress needs to vote and LIMIT agency powers.
But that’s not gonna happen, even if the PUBES get back in power.

Agree. It doesn’t stop lefty CEO’s from still mandating it to their employees. It has nothing to do with POTUS authority or ‘impeachable’ offense.

We’ll see how corporations respond, especially considering all the revelations about the shot, variants, treatments, etc..

Exactly. If the leftists in congress had a spine they would just pass the mandates into law and there would be nothing anyone could do.
