Just OSHA can’t do it without updated legislation.

I actually don’t have a problem with the ruling. This allows the lunacy to continue, without a bailout by judges.

Like another member of Free Republic likes to post:

True but not in the numbers they would have others believe, hence the ballot stuffing, repeat votes, illegal aliens voting, etc., anything to steal elections.

Any ruling that is a crack in the wall that protects the unlimited authority of executive branch agencies to make law is a good thing.

This ruling can be precedent for many other lawsuits to restrict the EPA “waters of the United States” rulings and other illegal agency rulemaking without Congressional authority.
