Cuomo has moved to Fairfield county
Back in March of 2020 the Trump admin changed federal regs to allow nursing homes the right to refuse to take back CoupFlu patients from the hospital.
Cuomo, and other govs, ordered them sent back anyway.
Most nursing homes in NYS complied inspire to the change in regs allowing them to refuse.
I’ve always wondered if, in NYS’s case, regulatory threats and/or bribes were used to do it. I’d bet my life on it.
Has Deep State changed the regs back?
If so, when and why? And why did nobody make a stink?
If not, facilities can STILL refuse.
My bet is the reason this is being done is to cover for horrific staff shortages at hospitals caused by the firings of refuseniks.
And our most vulnerable will pay the price.
