That’s a fair poInt. A business should be able to conduct itself anyway it sees fit.
On the other hand, the press is not just any business. The Founders realized how important the press was, and mentioned it explicitly in the 1A. How “free” is our press today when it rigidly follows the Democrat party line, and allows for no opposing views?
Just look a former paper names or some current ones. They were basically party named papers. A business isn't a democracy. One would hope a business is allowed to only put out what they want. Just look at FR, a business. There is control of various things, and this isn't a 'press' publisher.
