NOTE - Global backtracking on wuhan mandates is only a tactical retreat. Anti mandate forces have not really won anything. In most instances, there is still a divided populace - jabbed vs unjabbed - with many restrictions remaining. Unmasking is just a show. GGR have shown the people to be quickly herded into compliance on many mandates and are confident they have been conditioned to do the same again when the next emergency comes around. On Thursday, the Department of Justice announced via press release the creation of the “Virtual Asset Exploitation Unit,” a specialized team of cryptocurrency experts “dedicated to providing analysis, support, and training across the FBI, as well as innovating its cryptocurrency tools to stay ahead of future threats.” The DOJ says the specialzied unit will deal with blockchain analysis, as well as seizure of virtual assets when necessary.
OBSERVATION - Just another front for GGR control. There is some scuttle butt that biden will decree new restrictions on cryptocurrencies by executive order. This DOJ unit will weaponize the govt to control the cryptocurrency market - currently out of reach of govt controls, as one step towards a US goal of a digital currency and eventually a global digital currency.

EPA has no statutory authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from coal plants. Although the Supreme Court is taking up the question on Feb. 28, the Biden regime doesn’t care what the Court holds. It plans to aggressively regulate emissions from coal plants anyway. As reported by Politico’s “Morning Energy” report today.
OBSERVATION - Climate change is anticipated to be the next ‘emergency’ to throw the world into new tyrannical mandates. This won’t be the first time biden has thumbed his nose at the courts. His administration has openly in the past stating that the by the time the court rule again, they will have obtained most of their policy objectives that will remain in place.

TRUCKER PROTESTS

Canadian Truck protest bullets. Recommend FR threads for up to date info -
- Ottawa police moved not the protestors with a heavy hand yesterday, arresting nearly 100. However, their actions have been condemned as brutal with videos of police horse units trampling protestors, including one where an elderly woman with a walker was knocked down and trampled. There were initial reports that she died bath the hospital, but was not the case. Other videos show police beating others, breaking windows, etc. Definitely a poor media visibility day
- Parliament didn’t meet yesterday due to the police actions. AS of yesterday, it appeared that Trudeau’s slim majority would endorse his activation of the Emergency Powers Act. Need to watch if the brutality of the police action sways more minds.

US Truckers rally is kicking off with converging convoys from across America. There are plans for a series of truck convoys to arrive in Washington D.C. around the time of the State of the Union address to be given by Biden on March 1. This could set up a potential conflict between the Capitol police and protestors.

There are reports coming out of Australia that the govt may have used sonic weapons against protestors. During a senate committee, two Australian senators, Malcolm Roberts and Alex Antic, asked Reece Kershaw, Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police, if an LRAD machine (a long range acoustic device) had been used against protesters. Kershaw first tried to dodge Roberts’ question, saying: “[T]hat would be something about police methodology that we would have to look at [as] some sort of public interest immunity claim.”

Invasion of Illegals -

Customs and Border Protection sent out an alert to all personnel this week warning agents that Mexican cartels may be plotting to assassinate them, the Washington Examiner reported Friday.
The Examiner said it reviewed the alert, which said that “cartel groups were discussing killing U.S. law enforcement personnel along the border near Fronton, Texas, between Miguel Aleman and Los Guerra, Tamaulipas, Mexico.”
Another CBP official confirmed the alert to the Examiner and said that area is a “high-traffic area for drug smuggling as it is just across the Rio Grande from Miguel Aleman, one of the more dangerous cities in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas.”
OBSERVATION - The cartels know the Border Patrol are over extended and that they are now willing to force control into the US south like they have northern Mexico.

Biden informed Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi that he intends to extend the federal National Emergency declaration beyond its termination date in March. By statute the State of a National Emergency expires one year after initial declaration. That meant the COVID National Emergency declaration was scheduled to end March 1st. However, the statute allows the extension if the executive office informs the legislative branch within the 90-day window prior to expiration.

Black Lives Matter bail fund has paid to release violent rapists, murderers, and even a would-be political assassin. This has caused anger from victims as well as Republican legislators who are looking at ways to shut ways to restrict charitable bail.
OBSERVATION - Just a reminder, sowing crime fears into society is one tool of the left to cause them to eventually give up more rights for “security”.

WAR WATCH - Putin has deployed the 75% of the Russian army for combat and can execute several options at any moment. Russian deployments indicate the capability to launch an offensive against Ukraine along 7 fronts: from the Union State of Russia and Belarus, from the Russian Federation, from Russian-occupied Donbas, from the Sea of Azov, from Russian-occupied Crimea, from the Black Sea, from Russian-occupied Moldova.

Via its proxy forces in Ukraine’s separatist region, Russia is trying to build up a story to protect Russia citizens living in the break away territories and justify its intervention to prevent ‘genocide’. ?This is the same play book it used in 2014.
As emphasized now in MSM and noted here a while ago, Russia has about 75% of its ground forces in hte border areas off northern and eastern Ukraine. OSINT reports of more forces staging closer to the border. With this large of a force, Putin has many options for an attack and it all boils down to how much damage (political, economic and casualties) he can sustain for his options. One trend that is clear, he wants to be the unfettered influence on the former Soviet union nations, as evidenced by his demands. How far he will push in Ukraine will depend upon at what point will he reach diminishing returns and avoiding a massive pushback and entrenchment of NATO in these former soviet republics.

Russia is conducting a strategic nuclear exercise today. Strategic forces exercise launches reported by the Kremlin: Kinzhal missiles launched, Black Sea and Northern Fleets ships and submarines launched Kalibr AShM and Tsirkon missile against onshore and offshore targets, Iskander BM launched from Kapustin Yar, ICBM Yars launched from Plesetsk to Kura, Tu-95MS launched cruise missiles to Kura and Pemboy ranges, Delta-IV Karelia launched SLBM Sineva from Barents Sea to Kura

WEATHER FORECAST - Temperatures forecast thru Feb 28 show temperatures in the mid to upper 40’s to even 50’s with rain/snow.

Separatist forces in the Dombass region unleashed a tidal wave of propaganda and false flag actions yesterday. However, in today’s quick internet world, most where uncovered to be either false or very much staged.
First was the claim that the Druzhba gas pipeline was destroyed. This tuned out to be much smaller pipelines near the Ukraine - Russia border in separatist controlled regions.
Second was there message and video of Russian citizens fleeing the separatist region allegedly under attack by Ukraine forces. Meta data showed that the videos were made days prior.
Metadata struck a third time of video clip showing “saboteur group attempting to blow up chlorine cylinder in Horlivka” shows it was made as late as 8th February.

Separatists, in connection with Russian media and authorities, are overstating the ‘evacuation’ of Russian citizens east into Russia.
Russian media report that head of occupation authorities (Ukraine separatists) in parts of Luhansk region signed decree on mobilization, prohibited exit of men aged 18 to 55 from territories. Exit have been prohibited since yesterday

Head of Donetsk regional administration Pavlo Kyrylenko: several cities without water supply after shelling targeted Vasylivka pumping station.
NOTE this is not in separatist controlled regions but immediately to the west.
