Jones doesn’t watch what he says. I hope that Perdue told Trump that he would restore election integrity to Georgia and not allow mail-in ballot elections.

Didn’t Georgia make mass mail in ballots illegal? Wasn’t that why MLB moved the ALL Star game?

I think Trump should focus on his media creation, not politics. Having a real alternative to Fascistbook and Twatter is very important if it is indeed a censorship free platform and not all about Trump.

His track record for appointees and endorsements is horrifically bad.

DeSantis 2024.

Perdue is terrible. He was an empty suit in Senate and was actually afraid to debate Ossof. Please retire this hack and his stupid blue Jean jacket. He is Georgia’s version of Lamar Alexander.

It’s beginning to look like Stacey, everywhere you go
Take a look at her 5-ton ass wiggling once again
With mail-in ballots & migrant vermin vote
It’s beginning to look like Stacey, everywhere you go

Nope, don’t agree with him on this one. This puke did not speak out a little about the fraud. Vernon should have remained a Democrat and Trump should have endorsed him as a Democrat. MAGA shouldn’t just be Repuke politicians.

There’s a real patriot woman running, but the Establishment doesn’t want to support her.

Yes, Kandiss Taylor.
Trump just should have shut up and stayed out of it.

Interesting idea but I wonder how many moderate Democrats you could actually get to be overtly MAGA?

Would never support him. If he wins he wins but until and unless Trump gets the second term he earned everyone should be done with the dirt bag Repuke party and it’s “leaders”.

The fact that Trump and DeSantis are the only two even being considered says something about the GOP? I’m still supporting Trump myself... like Lincoln with Grant.. ‘we need him, he fights..’

Getting Kemp out of the governor’s office would be a blessing. He is worthless.

So is Perdue. President Trump has lost the plot on this one. I assume it has to do with money. Or maybe he thinks Perdue will win and wants to jump into the front of the Perdue parade.

Doing it once or twice would make it clear that it’s not just about the crappy Repuke party. It has to transcend the party. If he’s willing to endorse a Democrat that would start to be a calculus in Democrat primaries. That would pull the party to the right because votes are votes. Georgia, under current circumstances would have been a perfect opportunity. Some New York Rats, Chicago Rats. It’s completely realistic.

I just saw Perdue on Hannity.

He is still blaming Republicans for his last loss due to "mail in voting" and it seems like he is already making excuses again.

I would normally be hopeful about him losing in the primaries, but the GOP has a knack for ensuring they field the worst candidate possible (i.e Dole, McCain RIP ).

This gives Jones quite the hill to climb. You know the media will crow over a Trump loss if Jones wins the primary? I’m still supporting Jones. I don’t have to agree with Trump on everything and in fact disagree with him quite a bit, especially when it comes to his personnel decisions..

I was watching Hannity also.. he seemed to be very cheerful about Perdue running... Perdue doesn’t seem very likeable to me, he comes off as a swamp creature.

Somebody may be giving him bad advice, but he needs to think for himself if he has any principles.

As you say, almost all of his choices in office were lousy. And he was also way too lenient on Democrats and actually attacked Republicans more severely, including some very good ones, if he felt they were rivals.

I agree on the vax and all of the covid nonsense…people would never have accepted shutdowns and the other stuff if they hadn’t trusted Trump (who of course was following Fauci, another horrifyingly bad choice). But he’s never clearly reversed himself or opposed or even admitted any responsibility for all of the devastation that resulted. He could be an enormous force for sanity if he’d just stand up and say he was wrong (or powerless, or whatever) and now it’s time to get back to normal, including getting back our freedoms worldwide.

But he’s not going to, and the fact that he would be 78 or so when he runs again certainly won’t help.

I think it’s time for somebody else for 2024. For once, we have a few good younger candidates out there, so it won’t be as dismal as usual on the GOP slate. I hope.
