Don’t know anything about Cali. Wiki says 22nd district wherever that is. Hopefully another repub will get in at least and someone half way decent and not a K McCarthy RINO type.
I wonder if he is moving aside to help his friend David Valadao run in a “safer” district. We know one district will go away and most likely, the district that goes away will be a Republican one.
