Even if it was true (and I don’t know either way) he could have slowed down when he got to the crowd and they would have moved out of his way to let him drive past the crowd.

The fact he did not slow down shows intention because there was no other result from his action then to harm and perhaps kill a great number of people.

Let us see if the prosecutors goes after him as they did a kid defending himself
