I was wondering about how welcome Pelosi would be in any state but California. I don’t think people in my state would welcome her, but many places where she could maybe find housing wouldn’t be up to her standards anyway, so there’s no worry in many places in our country. She fouled her own nest so others don’t want her fouling their nest as well. She might conceivably have to change her name & background to find housing. If that happened & somebody found out about it later...it might not be a pretty scene.

Who wouldn't? Greg Norman sold his estate for $55 million. Phil Mickelson is building a house there. There's a lot to like.
Steve Doocey and Kid Rock have homes in Jupiter Inlet Colony (south of Martin County and Hobe Sound).

Unlike Cali, because of the Gulf Stream you can swim in the ocean year round here. Rush admitted to me once that he wished he had bought on Jup Island instead of Palm Beach, but he listened to his NY friends.
