But all of the other January 6th defendants remain there.
To: Enlightened1
They all need to be set free and the man who ordered this political prosecution kicked out of office.

Now release the others. They’re held illegally.

"“I don’t know if it’s because he’s a January 6th defendant or not, but I find this matter should be referred to the attorney general of the United States for a civil rights investigation"So is the judge going to make the referral or is he just making a "should" statement. Who can make the referral?
I'm guessing Worrell probably lost his job and thus his insurance after being incarcerated.

What BS. Every “prisoner” not accused of violence should be set free.

The enemy occupation continues, throwing people in prison, torturing them, killing them like Ashli Babbitt for merely protesting. I am ashamed that I am doing nothing to stop this, the founders would be stunned by our inaction.

Does the judge understand that the DOJ is responsible for the situation to begin with? 🙄

We are also pleased that over 400 inmates will be transferred
/\
So the rapists, murders, thieves
all go to nice cozy digs,
and the 1/6 political prisoners
stay in filth?

Historically, private citizens were welcomed into the Capitol Building. That was before the pompous jerks decided they were above we mere mortals. After all, that is what the galleries overlooking the chambers were for, wasn't it?

These people are not prisoners, they are hostages. They have not had a trial and have been in prison for ten months for alleged minor offenses. This fact alone makes any charges Constitutionally null and void. Those charged with trespassing and other low level offenses were entitled to a speedy trial and clearly should have been allowed to post bond. We are WAY past any notion of due process and anyone involved in keeping these citizens behind bars have committed full on human rights violations. Everyone involved in these abuses including judges, prosecutors, prison wardens, prison guards or anyone else with knowledge of these abuses needs to be brought up on charges and face major prison time.
If US citizens were being held in this manner in any foreign country we would be considering military action. Yet this is not happening in Cuba, or other similar situation, it’s happening right here and is being perpetrated by our own government.

“.....The U.S. Marshals Service is currently moving 400 prisoners out of a section of the D.C. jail – Worrell being the first of them ......” At least one judge has taken a reasonable stand against the those trying to create a gulag in the Soviet of the District of Columbia.

I still cannot get over seeing the use of "has pleaded" instead of has pled. I mean, that is what a past participle is for Pete's sake.
And I know grammar Nazis are a pain in the butt.
