So is the judge going to make the referral or is he just making a "should" statement. Who can make the referral?

I'm guessing Worrell probably lost his job and thus his insurance after being incarcerated.

I think the judge did refer the case to the AG, but that’s a pointless gesture. The AG has no obligation to even look at it. If the DOJ does look into it, it will report “no violation of law.”

This is performance theater. Don’t get caught on the wrong side of it, the government is ruthless and dishonest, and the courts usually help. This is an aberration, and after what, more than half a year?

We are slightly better than CCP. Slightly.
