What does this thought have to do with the post? Let's see if I can connect the two things.
If a boy thinks he's a girl, or is "a girl inside," it is indeed mental illness. Why? He's not a girl. He needs the love of (sane) family, teachers, coaches, and friends, and their prayers. He and his family need care by a psychiatrist or psychologist trained in such cases. What he doesn't need is to be "affirmed" in his illness--which often results in suicide.
But that's nothing to do with this story, is it? A boy wears a skirt, goes into the Girls' room and acts like a boy--a criminal one. He shouldn't be affirmed in that behavior either. He should be jailed for 20 years or hanged.
What if someone is born with a vagina and a penis?
Hate them too?
