You could write the report right now before the audit even begins....Citigroup is racist and has not done nearly enough to overcome racial inequality and the only solution is to hire and promote substantially more racial minorities and donate millions to BLM and other SJW organizations and even then that might not be enough...

Right it the banks fault.
It has nothing to do with the facts blacks have a much lower rate of associate degree or higher education levels.
Currently about 40% of Blacks, 55% Whites and 67% of Asians over 25 have 2 years or more of post high school educations.
There is a pathway to success open to everyone in this country. Education is a key part of it.
If a group says “Hey no we are not interested in taking that path” as black culture has, then they should not be surprised they are not doing as well as other groups.

It happened at BCEU, a credit Union in Washington State. They fired the whites and outsourced jobs out of state to Atlanta. A year before the move, they held a “check your white privilege” meeting where whites had to admit their privilege. The one doing all the firing was a black woman from England who once worked at FOX NEWS in New York.
