I won't hold my breath, but I won't close my mind, either.
It’s remarkably detailed. I wonder if Perkins Coie, Hillary’s go-to law firm, will survive this. They seem to have existed for no other reason than to provide cover for and assistance in the criminal plots of the DNC.
Someone on another thread pointed out that Perkins Coie was responsible for the Obama “birth certificate.” They seem to go way back with the DNC.
I don’t even want Shipmann that much. He’s a conduit. Give him a deal. Roll him.

Who is Shipman.??
Perkins Coie seems to go back to the Clinton years, and the players all seem to have known each other before the Reagan years ... maybe all the way back to the Watergate prosecution.
That’s speculation on my part but the age of the attorneys and the Clinton connection, just make sense.
Very hard for conspirators to trust newcomers to a conspiracy.
But they will trust others they have known for years and years ...
especially if they all ready participated in a conspiracy to get rid of another president via impeachment. I believe there is more to Nixion’s impeachment then the cover up. I really think we need to re-examination the conclusions that we have about what took place.
Hey! Watch that!
You don't want to be lumped in with weirdos and conspiracy theorists.
Even watching the Nixon scandal live, I kept wondering ... don't politicians do these things as naturally as lying? Why was Nixon singled out?
Question: If the statute of limitations was about to run out for Sussman, why is it not about to run out for the rest of the “gang?”
FBI General Counsel James Baker is the only witness against Sussmann. There are no documents, no audio, and no Baker notes.
In a phone conversation immediately after the Baker-Sussmann meeting, Baker told the FBI Assistant Director of Counter Intelligence that Sussmann "Represents the DNC, the Clinton Foundation, etc." Baker clearly understood who Sussmann worked for when Baker accepted the meeting.
Finally, Baker is now employed at Twitter, and Baker has stated that he no longer has a clear recollection of his meeting with Sussmann, which took place 5 years ago.
The Good News?
Durham's useless indictment is an excellent historical record of the Trump-Russia political scam.
I mentioned this earlier this week in a post and my thoughts were not popular.
Crowdstrike should be the target. If they were downloading information from NSA and sending it to the DNC they need to pay.
I’m not holding my breath either but if anyone has the authority to write about such things, it’s Shipwrecked Crew.
He’s a former Fed. Prosecuter and defense attorney. I follow him and enjoy his posts and writings.
The REAL Russian collusion. Of course, no penalties for Hillary and her minions, The Obama administration, or the corrupt FBI.

I'm afraid you're right. This MSNBC story makes pretty much the same arguments against this indictment ever seeing the inside of a courtroom:
Durham's Sussmann indictment is a bizarre coda for DOJ's Russia investigation
I saw an interesting tweet the other day from:

What’s the over/under that Sussmann gave Wikileaks the DNC emails?
I don't know about the over/under, but the chances are slim and none, and Slim just left the building.
I've read the SOL doesn't run out in 5 years if there is a conspiracy. Durham charged Sussmann with one specific charge of making false statements to the FBI on a specific date. The indictment said he did the same thing at another government agency in Feb 2017 outside of DC. The clock is still ticking on that one. My guess is that Sussmann hasn't been cooperative and Durham is letting him know he will drain his ban account if doesn't cooperate. He is also sending notice to the Steele dossier players to come clean..
