Anyone who has worked in the big corporate law firms knows that 85 percent + are white liberals and the other 15 percent shut their mouths about politics unless they are also lobbyists who have to have contacts in the R party. So I get the poster’s point but I don’t feel overly sorry for the white males who are being cut out by this since their parents in law firms funded it, and occasionally orchestrated it. My concern is that the left is trying to make merit a thing of the past across the board in all occupations and they are using the large public corporations to push it out.

I dealt with affirmative action for my entire career when it came to both hiring and promotions. I have no sympathy for lawyers when after all these years it is finally coming back to bite them in the a$$. The rest of us have been dealing with this ugly monster for over 40 years and now all of a sudden they start to notice? Well good for them. But it is the fault of our legal system which is made up of lawyers... they are the ones who have the power to do something about it. But will they? Not if this whiney legal eagle is representative of what they have become.
