Latest version of the protocol includes niacin, creatine, trimethylglycine, other B vitamins, grass-fed beef liver (especially for Vitamin A), and lipoic acid. See the website for details: http://hom3ostasis.com.

ThankQ, AZLiberty. I wish he would just spell homeostasis the normal way. What’s up with that? That’s why I couldn’t find him. ;)
I pronounce it home-three-oh-stasis.
Dmitry is unafraid to stand up for what he believes in. In this video he goes to some huge medical institution (NIH?) on a Sunday to drop off information about his research with somebody there. He has a 15-minutes conversation with the security folks, educating them on the importance of his niacin work.

Interesting changes in the niatonin world. Dmitry’s still trying to figure out how melatonin fits into the mix, but meanwhile he has simplified his introductory protocol to just two ingredients. One is flush niacin, of course: 1-2 g. The other is new: vitamin E, in its most natural d-alpha tocopherol form (not ester/acetate/succinate): 500-1000 mg.
Then there’s this: https://nyulangone.org/news/schizophrenia-second-only-age-greatest-risk-factor-covid-19-death. Since schizophrenia is such a risk factor, “they” are now advocating that victims get additional vaccine attention — like that will help them. Much schizophrenia is due to niacin deficiency. How about we give them niacin, thus protecting them from COVID at the same time?
You wouldn’t want to HEAL anybody now would you?
What’s up with the Dmitry Tele channel? Looks to be gone.
I haven’t been paying close enough attention to know the details, but I think that Dmitry closed down the Hom3ostasis Telegram channel in favor of the paid web site. The Hom3ostasisTestimonials channel is now called T3stimonials.
The latest revision of the niacin protocol (from Dmitry’s Platinum member presentation today) is niacin, d-alpha tocopherol (natural Vitamin E), selenium yeast, and folic acid.
This is interesting (from http://www.doctoryourself.com/niacinreviews.html):
“There is a chemical found in quantity in the bodies of schizophrenic persons. It is an indole called adrenochrome. Adrenochrome (which is oxidized adrenalin) has an almost LSD-like effect on the body. That might well explain their behavior. Niacin serves to reduce the body’s production of this toxic material.”
That website belongs to Dr. Andrew Saul, who was co-author with Dr. Abraham Hoffer of “Niacin: The Real Story”. Hoffer was the one who discovered that niacin beats schizophrenia.
I just posted, but only to myself.
Recently got an article from the Dr. Ardis crowd. They’re now pushing nicotine (not nicotinic acid) as a treatment for vaxx injury. Also fasting, hyperbaric oxygen, and “urotherapy” (drinking, injecting, or having an enema with one’s own urine). They claim that urine contains stem cells, which can help repair cells damaged by mRNA bioweapons.
Dmitry thinks fasting is a dumb idea. The body needs nutrition to heal, so why deny it. The main point of the intermittent fasting fad is to provide the body with a brief respite from inflammation. Niacin reduces inflammation 24/7.
That said, the body sometimes manifests miracle cures during long-duration fasting. Some parasites, I suspect, may just get up and leave due to the change in their environment.
Candida comes to mind.
Dmitry’s done it again. A week ago he was completely certain that niacin + ferrolectin was the way to go, and now he’s completely certain that niacin + L-glutamine is the one true combination.
At least the niacin part is consistent.
I love that he keeps investigating and experimenting. I feel like I’m on a high-wire, however, when I try to communicate the niacin protocol to other people and expect them to follow it even though it changes before they get their Amazon delivery.
By the way, Amazon doesn’t take returns on supplements, even unopened.
That’s the test of a true scientist.
I’ve been taking some business training from the Grant Cardone organization — great stuff. One of their businesses is http://10XHealthSystem.com, which is at the opposite end of the spectrum from the one-size-fits-all niacin regiment. They analyze your DNA to find out which nutrients your body has trouble metabolizing and which amino acids your body doesn’t make enough of (or makes too much of). And they analyze your blood to see what else you might be missing. Then they recommend supplements and other non-medical interventions to bring you up to amazing health.
I’ve already had a cheek swab for my DNA here at the conference in Las Vegas and I’ll give them a blood sample when I get back to Arizona. I’ll be interested to know if they can tell that I’ve been on niacin.
