However, what Psaki appears to have “slipped” or revealed, especially with subject matter so significant and dangerous, suggests common or repeated thought and speech/phrase patterns and familiarity behind the scenes.
Combined with her non-apologetic
facial expression, the CV19 context and phrase takes on an unconscious nature.
Of course, when I heard her from the presser, I immediately remembered 2020 related statements and events -
