It is not just state employees who are being mandated to take the jabs. It is everyone in health care, child care, and education including firefighters and a bunch of others if they have any type of medical certificates such as EMT. State employees make up maybe a twentieth of those who are being required to get the jabs.
Nope, they have said they will deny unemployment claims...
I’m sorry for my poor attitude, but I’m just tired and don’t see how we get out of the death spiral our country is in. Most everyone is sitting around waiting for something good to happen, but on a national scale, nothing good is happening. Far too many seem willing for he boxcars to roll up and climb in.

yep: dig up and study state law and state regulations that say thate employers can’t discriminate in hiring employees or in firing them based on medical conditions ... if the State persists in violating those laws and regulations, then sue the shit out of them with a BIG class action lawsuit ..
Did that, they were recently updated so what they are doing is now ‘legal’

Lawsuits have been filed. And all found for the employers. At-will employment means you can be terminated for any reason, any time.
