What does it mean that you can’t get Comirnaty, yet, but you can get the Pfizer vaccine? Is Comirnaty a different vaccine? And why is it still called the FDA, instead of the PfDA?

Takes time to package & distribute it with the new labeling. Just bring a Sharpie with you and have them write Comirnaty on the vial. Same difference./s

My understanding is it is different, but the FDA stated the two can be used interchangeably. Thus, the full approval for 16+.

Yes Comirnaty is the vaccine that just received approval problem is there is very little to no supply yet.
So if you go today you will get the Emergency use authorized Biontech vaccine which has no liability for you.
Once supply of the newly authorized is available you have liability protection.
There are millions of does of the first one to get rid of first,be careful
