Order it in a neighbouring state and pick it up personally.

Gosh! Are any of those states pushing electric vehicles? Do they have enough electricity?

My PC gets hot every time Microsoft does an upgrade.
CNN webpages have caused my computer to shut down due to overheating. Many newspaper webpages will cause my PC to get hot.

Just wait until EVs become 5% of the cars on the road in those states.

Stupid Dell, just offer it with a stand-alone generator for powering the PC. Make it a bundle deal with Generac or another generator company. Make it with a non-standard plug to get around the state requirements! GOAL!

Can't speak for the other states but I travel Vermont pretty frequently and while driving I-91 (which goes from the Massachusetts border to the Quebec border) there are two thing that strike me:
One: all the wind farms you see.
Two: all the huge logging truck, chock full of logs, you see heading south...all with Quebec plates.
I must admit that the wind farms are rather pretty pretty...but it would appear that they don't meet the needs of the state.

A Republican Party that is FUNCTIONAL would be screaming front and center about the loss of freedoms associated with electing radical Leftists. This may not be a huge deal for many (it certainly isn’t a big deal for me) but it is just the tip of the iceberg compared to what’s coming.
Instead they’re too busy trying to figure out how to deal with their ‘Trump Problem’.

Restraint of interstate trade.
No other states are telling vendors, “No.” to these items.
