When I travel I have a Farberware electric percolator that I take with me....along with a bag of DD coffee.
I should try a perk pot again - haven’t had one in years. My Grandma always made hers on the stove in an enameled coffee pot - like over a camp fire, LOL! She’d drink that stuff STRAIGHT out of the pot, boiling hot!
She got me started down the Coffee Road when I was about 4 years old - but with lots of milk and sugar and just a little coffee. ;)
