FOX 32 reports discusses the staggering amount of police officers retiring in Chicago thanks to the crime, failed Democrat leadership, and even the calls to defund the police. The crime is reportedly “out of control” and further reported is the possibility that “gang members now outnumber the city’s police officers by 10 to 1.”
Gang members in Chicago outnumber law enforcement officers about 9 to 1 — as officers are on track to retire in record numbers this year, police said Wednesday.
Police Superintendent David Brown estimated last year that there are about 117,000 gang associates, who are part of the city’s 55 known gangs.
The number greatly exceeds the city’s police force, which employs around 13,000 officers.
The disparity may be even worse due to the droves of cops retiring this year, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

This is exactly what the Deep State wants.
They want to federalize all local police. They want to federalize, everything!
Defunding police departments, along with the ensuing police retirements, are all part of the plan by the democrats.
Democrats are about controlling everything, nationally and locally.
So, getting rid of the local and state law enforcement agencies, would allow the federal government to take control of law enforcement, thereby helping to bring to fruition their dreams to take control of everything.
BTW, nationalized voting is also part of the overall dream. They’ve taken over education systems, and most of the media, and have managed to keep Obamacare in place. With control of the major social media sites, and the demonization of anything the republicans do, democrats are well on the way to turning this country into a socialist/communist hell.

117,000 gang members in Chicago? Compared to a total black and hispanic population of about 1.5 million? So close to ten percent of the minority population is in a gang?
Yes I will make the obligatory statement that white boys can be in gangs too, even as we all know the vast majority of street gangs in Chicago are members of these minority groups. So any liberals lurking here, please know I am not being racist in condemning criminal street gangs.
