Note to self: Learn to make salves and tinctures and basic home remedy stuff from natural ingredients. Just in case. ;)

I highly recommend the book "Making Plant Medicine" by Richo Cech. Lots of herbal books will tell you what plant to use when, but this is one of the few that goes into great detail about the how.

The same guy has also written several books on growing medicinal herbs, and is the owner of "Strictly Medicinal Seeds" (formerly "Horizon Herbs"), which has the most extensive range of medicinal herb seeds for sale that I've ever seen!
