Is it possible that a car crashed into one of those columns as it was racing through the parking area? Hitting one load-bearing support column shouldn't bring a building down. For this to happen other load-bearing parts of the structure would have failed unless the building design was flawed.

One column? I would say not. From the video it looks a lot like the Controlled Demolition Inc. videos we’ve probably all seen.
A whole lot of interior columns would have to go in sequence. And it takes weeks to prep.
