Time to start concerning yourself with developing an unshakable belief in life everlasting, I would think....
Aiming for publishing exercise video on 100th birthday. Gotta have a goal and work your azz off to achieve it. At age 81, I feel better than I did at age 57 when I was forced to retire early due to a battery of health problems. Every single health issue has gone away when I began a relentless exercise program. From age 59-75 I played 5 rounds of 18 every week, pushing my golf cart over hilly terrains. Now doing treadmill and weight lifting routine 5 times every week. Not a single prescription needed now. I can mow my entire pretty good sized suburban lawn with a push mower.
Relentless exercise will keep most people young and strong. No need to get feeble and weak and lose balance in the 80’s.
