Biden interrupted Boris while the G-7 host was making introductions. That is not a common practice at a big meeting like this. It reminded me of the show-off person on a group tour who rudely calls out additions/corrections to the tour guide’s commentary. Everyone else is silently groaning.
Exactly, you don’t interrupt..these meetings hold a high level of protocol, decorum etc..

And, they will refer to the laughing as meaning:”They weren’t laughing AT Biden, they were laughing WITH him! This is why Biden’s liked by the rest of the world, and because of that, America is liked and respected by the rest of the world again! Trump wasn’t liked at ALL by these leaders!
