Ok even if he were "guilty"...what charge there does not apply to business as usual for the various Leftist "Occupy" movements? How do Leftists conflate these charges with "insurrection" when they have been supporting similar behavior in "Occupy" movements for many years now?
Those involved in these plots for the past 5 years deserve many years in prison for their crimes.
