On November 3-4, 2020 multiple foreign nations and Global Bureaucraps committed an act of war against our nation. It was Pearl Harbor II. And it was aided and abetted by those at the highest levels in our Federal Agencies. They all took oaths’s of office to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic. They broke that oath. There is a name for that crime and a penalty.

But today, the law does not seem to apply to the un-elected and unaccountable Bureaucraps.

Who cares if he did go in? Trespassing does not warrant holding people in jail for months. Agreed. And with only trespass charges, the corrupt prosecutors already well know that trespass is a specific-intent crime. IoW,if someone walks across your lawn; or enters your backyard pool, ya need to prove things along the lines of a specific intent to harm or burglarize/rob a resident...or vandalize. A person entering your backyard pool to save a drowning person has NOT committed "trespass."

I agree. But that’s what they do.

And if you don’t they throw you in prison or fine you hundreds of thousands of dollars. Get you fired, etc.

It takes a special person in a special circumstance (eg single male with no or adult children) with plenty of cash to fight that.

Most normal people get their lives ruined just from the charge.

Or, be a street thug with nothing to lose. They can’t do a damn thing to that kind of person.
