That's pretty much the problem in a nutshell: The establishment elites have total contempt for the idea of democratic republic. We are reaching the point of what are we going to do about it? Courts are more likely to take action if they know their failure to act will have some consequences. So far, we haven't even had a noticeable economic boycott of Chinese manufactured items, or Big Box stores. People need to demand more respect for a "Republican form of government", and free and fair elections. Patriots have been too nice.
