What about approaching it from the stand point of a Coup’...after all they did gather the military to DC after they instigated the violence at the Capital and after they stole the election via fraud voting.
The president, VP, senators and reps can be tried and convicted of all the crimes they committed involving the coup once they have been impeached and then convicted by the Senate. We now know that can happen quickly per Trump’s second impeachment - no lengthy 3 months of hearings and thoughtful musings on disturbing incidents. But that would make Pelosi president per the Constitution - that pesky thing always rears its ugly head. If Pelosi is removed in the process, then Sec of State Blinken becomes president, so it can get worse.
