In the first, returning power to the people was Trump's campaign promise, here he simply repeats it.
As for "the storm", I remember that time (vaguely) and it had to do with some confrontation with Iran.
Iirc, Iran backed down, there was no "storm".

Trump was being figurative on "returning power to the people", while at the same time literally saying what he was going to do over the 4 years. However, I come to KNOW that, based on a great deal of other things that have happened and are happening. YMMV, again that's fine.
The confrontation with Iran at the time was peanuts. There was a LARGE entourage of top military and their families gathered at the WH. Trump was being prophetic. Again, YMMV.

However our writers of the constitution were brilliant. There could be things that could be done if the election was bad. BUT THE SCOTUS.. They don’t want to seem to get involved and they maybe forced to rule on something. The dems could stall this proving process till the 3rd year of the term before its totally proven. Then my only hope is the SCOTUS rolls back the election rules and does away with the unproven mail in ballots that stole this election. No signature proof required to vote. Just sign a name and vote. It’s a invite to cheat. Roll that back and get rid of dominion machines. If it’s in a election year they could easily keep the election timing the same.
